“There were many variables under consideration when deciding which general contractor would best meet our re-building needs after experiencing a devastating home fire. Project cost, of course, was very important, but so were other factors like overall comfort level, professionalism, experience and knowledge. As soon as we met Seth and Marc of Alexander &Tencate Design Build Inc. we had no doubt that they would meet all of the above criteria and more and working on the project with them turned out to be an extremely positive experience throughout. Marc and Seth were approachable, organized and structured and their entire team was professional and clearly invested in the work they were doing. We felt welcome on site at any time and no phone call to either of them ever went unanswered, not even the slightest concern was ever left unresolved. In addition, and this was very important to us, we always felt comfortable deferring to Marc and Seth for on the spot decisions as they knew exactly what our vision was and always made sure to keep our best interest in mind. We could not be happier with the end product. The quality of work is outstanding and the feedback we continue to receive from family and friends who visit our home is overwhelmingly positive.
